There are two main sections of the demandmart marketing suite. You have a dashboard and a marketing profile. Below you can see the breakdown of what you can do in each section and what each section does for you.

Dashboard

The dashboard tab is your hub to maintain your profile, stay up to date with helpful suggestions on how to better market your business, and track your marketing activities. Each tab of the dashboard is there to help your business succeed in finding, capturing and converting customers.

Dashboard home

The top section of this tab is there to help you manage your profile. It shows you what tasks have been completed, which ones still need to be done and it will inform you of ongoing tasks that you should complete in order to help you build your online presence and customer base. You should check this section out frequently for new helpful tips and features.

The middle section of this tab informs you of how your marketing activitieis and marketing profile are performing. It tracks the number of visitors your profile has received, as well as contacts, appointments, emails sent and leads received.

The bottom section of this tab provides you with relevant industry news. This section is there to help you stay informed and can also serve as a great source of information and ideas for your blog and/or newsletter.

Reports

This tab provides further detail of how your marketing profile is performing based on number of visitors, how long they spent on your profile and the number of actions they performed while there.

Appointments

All of your appointment are managed through this tab. Here you can view and accept new appointment requests, review appointments that were recently scheduled, and add new ones to your schedule. You can also see past, present and future appointments, as well as ones you were not able to schedule because of time conflicts.

Contacts

When you click on this tab you are able to upload and manage all of your contacts. You have the option of adding contacts one at a time, uploading a csv file of your contacts, or allowing us to automatically pull them in from your email account. Anytime someone contacts you through demandmart marketing profile their information is automatically added to your contacts.

Search Engine Info

You should visit this tab right after you have created your demandmart account. There are three tasks you need to complete that will help search engines identify you better.

First you need to fill out your title, which can be no more then 70 characters. The title appears as the headline for your business in search engines.

Second you need to fill out your business description, which can be no more then 156 characters (this includes spaces). Your description will appear under your search headline and briefly explains what your company does.

Third are your keywords. You had the opportunity to fill these out during the signup process, however if you want to edit them you can do so here. These words will help search engines identify what your company does.

Coupon Tracking

Once you have created a coupon you will be able to track its usage here. You can see how many times the coupon has been printed or emailed off of our site, if it has been submitted to Google, and you can manually track how many times each coupon code has been redeemed.

Marketing Profile

This tab allows you to create a customer facing marketing presence that we optimize for search engines and customer action. Your marketing profile will help you way capture leads and convert visitors into customers. You can increase your potential to gain new customers by providing valuable information about your company and uploading any presentation, photos or videos you may have.

Your marketing profile tab is the main tab in this section. Throughout the page there are a number of EDIT buttons. Each on of these buttons allows you to personalize your marketing profile. All of the editing capabilities are as follows:

Change your company name, add a tag line, change your business category, add your website, and upload your logo and a screenshot of your site.

Create a company description. This is the first thing that should be completed on your site. It should be around 250 words and should contain the keywords or keyword phrases that you believe are important for your business.

Upload photos, video or a presentation. Visuals allow potential customers to learn more about your business and make it easier for search engines to find your business.

Add additional information about your business such as prices, what your specialties are, or if you have any certifications or special qualifications.

You can edit the two customer call to action buttons if you do not feel they suit your business's needs. These buttons encourage customers to schedule an appointment, ask a question or get an estimate.

Edit your contact information any time it changes so customers can keep current with your company.

Inform customers about your hours of operation in case they want to stop in and visit or make an appointment.

You can add additional photos of your company or the work you have done to encourage potential customers to try you out.

Add all of your social media accounts so current and potential customers can stay in touch with you through a number of different channels.

Turn the recent article function on or off and edit the keywords it uses to search for current articles.

By clicking on "Add a new tab" you can simply add a blog, newsletter, store, and coupon tab to your marketing profile.

Blog

This tab will allow you to publish a blog. Publishing a blog at least once a month is a proven method of attracting potential customers to your business. They are also a great way to keep current customers up to date on what is going on with your business.

Not sure what to write? Talk about your business, hot topics in your industry or promote any deals or specials you are currently running.

Newsletter

Create and publish a newsletter under this tab. The newsletter will be sent to everyone that is listed in your contacts. It is the perfect way to stay connected, offer them a coupon or tell them about new services/products you are offering.

Store

This tab allows you create a featured store where you can feature some of your best selling items. It is a great way to promote the products that make you a success.

Coupon

Create a coupon to encourage new and returning customers to come visit your location or use your service. Coupons are a proven way to increase traffic for you business. You can customize your coupon to fit your business's exact needs.
